Melissa Gerr

Melissa Gerr has worked in print, audio and video telling stories that engage audiences for nearly two decades. She wrote and produced for public television in Minneapolis, MN and Portland, OR. She landed in Baltimore with Laureate Education as a multimedia producer and later became the first digital media editor and then managing editor at Mid-Atlantic Media. Prior to arriving at ICJS she won top awards as a senior producer at NPR affiliate WYPR radio. She serves on the board of Beth Am Synagogue, its social justice committee and co-chaired its Lifelong Learning committee.
