Religious Communities

For most of our history, the ICJS’ programs and strategy were built around clergy and congregations. Our early programs were focused in connecting networks of Jewish and Christian clergy in Baltimore, helping to facilitate interfaith conversations and friendships, and linking together their congregations through these leaders.

We continue to offer ongoing professional development, dialogue, and networking opportunities for Baltimore-area clergy and religious leaders (chaplains, lay leaders in congregations, etc.). We are also in the process of launching a new cohort program for congregation-based lay leaders that will build a robust network of congregations across the greater Baltimore metro area.
