ICJS/Mount St. Agnes Theological Center for Women Text Study
A program that examines sacred texts through Jewish, Christian, and feminist lenses to come to a greater appreciation of the ways in which social, religious, and gender location influence how we read and interpret sacred texts.
Christian-Jewish Educators Study Group
A study day that focuses on topics and issues of particular relevance to Jewish and Christian Educators. Past topics include:
- The Dynamics of Repentance, Reconciliation, and Forgiveness
- Dramatizations of the Death of Jesus
- Biblical, Historical, and Theological Considerations
- Coming Together to Pray, Praying Together: The Problems and Possibilities of Interfaith Prayer
- The Dynamics of Suffering in the Jewish and Christian Traditions
- Jewish and Christian Insights into the Exercise of Leadership
Leadership Forum
A program designed to explore challenges to the exercise of leadership through the study of sacred texts and to cultivate interest in the ICJS Board, Committees, and other ICJS programs. Past topics include:
